Job summary

PT Sibima Berkarya Mandiri in Jakarta Selatan seeks a results-driven Manager B2B Export to lead our international trade initiatives. You will identify export opportunities, manage relationships with overseas clients, and oversee the end-to-end export process from quotations to logistics.

You will collaborate with operations, finance, and QA, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop export marketing strategies to expand our market beyond Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B export management or international business development.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of export procedures, trade documentation and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new B2B export opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors and partners.
• Manage the export process including quotations, orders, documentation and logistics coordination.
• Conduct market research to understand international demand, pricing, and competition.
• Negotiate contracts with B2B clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, permits and customs requirements.
• Monitor export performance and report on progress against targets.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and QA to ensure order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement export marketing strategies to promote products and services.
