Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA seeks a Head of Export B2B Marketing in Surabaya to lead export sales and marketing across international markets. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and expanding the company’s overseas presence.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field, at least 5 years in B2B marketing/sales, and strong English proficiency; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing/Sales.
• Experience in export marketing / international B2B business.
• Experience managing distributors and overseas clients.
• Strong negotiation, market analysis and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage; leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead export sales and marketing activities and drive business growth across international markets.
• Study and analyze the overseas market to identify business opportunities.
• Develop sales, marketing, and market development strategies for export markets.
• Manage and build existing business relationships with international distributors and clients.
• Develop new customers and expand the company's presence in overseas markets.
• Conduct regular meetings and business discussions with local and overseas clients.
• Plan sales campaigns based on market conditions and current trends.
• Manage sales administration, including orders, contracts, and export documentation.
• Ensure sales and marketing activities are delivered within agreed budget, volume, and timeline.
• Represent the company at international trade shows and exhibitions to strengthen brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
• Lead and develop the export marketing team to achieve business targets.
