PT Kayu Permata is seeking a General Manager Sales Export to lead export sales operations from the Bekasi, West Java base. You will drive international market growth and manage all facets of export sales, reporting to senior management.

The role requires strategic oversight, strong leadership and a proven track record in export markets, with willingness to travel internationally and collaborate across production, logistics and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in export sales management, preferably in manufacturing or timber/wood products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute export sales strategies to penetrate international markets.
• 2 Lead, manage and motivate the export sales team with clear targets.
• 3 Cultivate relationships with international distributors, importers and end-customers.
• 4 Coordinate with production, logistics and QA to ensure on-time delivery.
