Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documentation.
• Verify and ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation in accordance with international and domestic shipping regulations.
• Coordinate with various departments, customers, and vendors to gather necessary information and documentation for shipments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import, export or custom clearance regulations and requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of documents to relevant authorities and customers.
• Manage and maintain records of all shipping documentation.
• Assist with resolving any documentation-related issues or discrepancies.
• Support the sales and customer service teams with documentation-related inquiries.
