Job summary

C&D Inc. in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a detail-oriented Export-Import Logistics Coordinator to manage documentation and shipment processes from end to end.

You will coordinate with forwarders, shipping lines, PPJK, suppliers and customers, monitor customs clearance and shipment status, ensure compliance with export-import regulations, and handle shipment issues while maintaining accurate reports and documents. Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Export-Import/Logistics; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Familiar with PEB, PIB, BL/AWB, Invoice, Packing List, and COO.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good English; Mandarin is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office.
