Job summary

Pt Shine Trustindo Logistik is seeking an Export Staff to support export administration and operations. The role involves managing export documents, CEISA reporting, data entry in INSW, and coordinating with forwarders and shipping partners.

You will work in a collaborative team, handling regulatory compliance, and ensuring timely processing within OSS and PTK Online workflows. Ideal candidates will have SMA/SMK experience in export or logistics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to balance

Qualifications

• Experience in export, import, logistics, or administration preferred.
• Must understand or have experience with CEISA, PTK Online, INSW, and OSS.
• Strong organizational, meticulous, and data entry skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with good communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure completeness of export documents.
• Conduct administrative processes and reporting through CEISA.
• Manage PTK Online processes related to export activities.
• Perform data entry and reporting in the INSW system.
• Coordinate with internal parties, forwarders, PPJK, shipping companies.
• Ensure export documents and data comply with regulations.
• Monitor export processes and resolve administrative issues.
• Store and archive export documents neatly.
