Job summary

PT. Guna Berkah Propertindo is seeking an ambitious Export Sales Specialist to expand our international footprint. You will identify new markets, build relationships with overseas buyers, and manage the end-to-end export sales process.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2–4 years in export sales, knowledge of Incoterms 2020, letters of credit, and strong negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills. English proficiency is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven export sales or international business development experience.
• In-depth understanding of export-import procedures, Incoterms 2020, international payment methods (LC, T/T), and customs regulations.
• Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify, target, and acquire new international clients and distributors across designated global regions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with overseas buyers, handling inquiries, negotiations, and contract closings.
• Export Operations & Compliance: Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and forwarders to ensure timely shipping, handling export documentation (COO, B/L, PEB, LC, etc.), and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and import regulations in target countries.
• Trade Events: Represent the company at international trade exhibitions, business matching events, and virtual expos.
