PT Tentang Anak Bahagia seeks a results-driven General Trade Offline Sales representative for the Jabodetabek and West Java area. You will acquire new baby shops as customers and drive sales targets while representing our mom and baby product range.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and the ability to travel as needed with a valid driver's license. A degree in business-related field and 2+ years in sales are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years' sales experience, preferably in mom & baby products.
• Familiar with Jabodetabek and West Java baby shops.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and target potential customers within the general trade sector to expand market reach (baby shops, etc).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular visits to baby shops to understand their needs and provide product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

About The Role
Tentang Anak is seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a General Trade Offline Sales representative for the Jabodetabek - Jabar (West Java) area. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new baby shops as customers and achieving sales targets in the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers within the general trade sector to expand market reach and achieve sales targets (baby shops, etc).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular visits to baby shops to understand their needs and provide product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven 2+ years experience in sales, preferably in the mom & baby products industry.
• Have acquaintance with number of baby shops in Jabodetabek and Jabar (West Java)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
