Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven 2+ years experience in sales, preferably in mom & baby products.
• Acquaintance with baby shops in Jawa Timur - Bali area.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

About The Role Tentang Anak is seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a General Trade Offline Sales representative for the Jawa Timur - Baliarea. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new baby shops as customers and achieving sales targets in the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers within the general trade sector to expand market reach and achieve sales targets (baby shops, etc).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular visits to baby shops to understand their needs and provide product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven 2+ years experience in sales, preferably in the mom & baby products industry.
