Job summary

PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk membutuhkan staf Pengadaan yang bertugas memberikan dukungan administrasi pada operasional pengadaan. Tugas mencakup implementasi katalog, analisis item non-katalog, dan pengelolaan kontrak serta dokumentasinya.

Posisi ini membuka peluang untuk onboarding pemasok di Coupa, serta koordinasi pembayaran dengan Finance dan pemeliharaan data master yang akurat. Fresh graduates dipersilakan melamar dengan preferensi pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang pembelian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree di bidang apa pun.
• Fresh graduates dipersilakan mendaftar, pengalaman minimal 1 tahun lebih disukai.
• Memahami sourcing dan vendor management.
• Keahlian analitis, perhatian pada detail, dan mampu bekerja mandiri.
• Familiar dengan sistem ERP / e-Procurement menjadi nilai tambah.

Responsibilities

• Menyediakan dukungan administrasi untuk operasional pengadaan.
• Mengelola implementasi katalog dan analisis item non-katalog.
• Mengelola kontrak pengadaan dan dokumentasinya.
• Dukung onboarding pemasok dan enabling di Coupa.
• Memproses administrasi pembayaran pengadaan dan koordinasi dengan Finance.
• Memelihara master data dan akurasi pelaporan pengadaan.
• Menjaga kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan pengadaan dan prosedur.
• Dukung perbaikan proses pengadaan dan inisiatif digital.

Job description

- Provide administrative support for procurement operations.

- Manage catalog implementation and non-catalog item analysis.

- Administer procurement contracts and related documentation.

- Support supplier onboarding and enablement in Coupa.

- Process procurement payment administration and coordination with Finance.

- Maintain procurement master data and reporting accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

- Support procurement process improvement and digital initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any major.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Purchasing are preferred.

Familiar with sourcing and vendor management

Familiarity with ERP/e-Procurement systems is an advantage.

Interest in market dynamics along with business sense

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently

Strong communication skills, analytical, organizational skills, networking and good stakeholder management skills
