Job summary

PT GeneCraft Labs in Indonesia seeks a Finance & Accounting Supervisor/Assistant Manager to oversee daily finance operations, prepare financial statements, and ensure accurate reporting in line with regulations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of supervisory experience, and strong skills in budgeting, taxation, and Excel. You will lead a team, coordinate with internal and external parties, and maintain proper financial documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor/Assistant Manager.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and procedures.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
