Qualifications

Job Description

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including consolidated financial statements, in compliance with PSAK/IFRS and regulatory requirements

Manage consolidation processes including intercompany reconciliation, elimination entries, and financial data validation across multiple entities

Analyze financial performance and prepare management reports, board decks, and ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making

Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accuracy of transactions, journal entries, asset management, and financial data in ERP/SAP systems

Support audits, regulatory reporting, and strategic initiatives including corporate actions, M&A, business expansion, and financial due diligence

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Management, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, and consolidation, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG companies

Strong experience in financial reporting, management reporting, consolidation, and handling multiple entities; experience in public-listed (Tbk) companies is preferred

Strong understanding of PSAK/IFRS, PSAK 71, tax regulations, financial analysis, and intercompany transactions

Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, with good English communication, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines

Start in 1976 Pyridam established with small factory. In 1985, Pyridam established its Pharmaceutical Division, which develop quickly. Pyridam was awarded the title "Partner with Good Performance" in 1994 by the Ministry of Agriculture and Accelerated improvement enabled Pyridam to build a brand new production plant on 35,000 sqm land in Cianjur, West Java, with state of the art design, machinery, and environmental management. The plant started its operation in April 2001.

We manufacture a wide range of products from modern and traditional medicine i.e., Antibiotics, Vitamins, Supplements, and Traditional herbal care.

The products have met the GMP - Good Manufacturing Process Standard
