PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to plan, supervise, and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across manufacturing facilities in Indonesia. You will monitor downtime, drive CAPA actions, and improve overall equipment reliability.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 3+ years of engineering experience, strong documentation, communication, and English proficiency, and familiarity with CMMS and GMP standards.
Plan, organize, supervise, and monitor preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed according to schedule.
Minimize equipment downtime through effective maintenance planning.
Monitor equipment reliability and continuously improve maintenance performance.
Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in engineering and has experienced at least 3 years in engineering
Skilled in Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, HVAC Systems, Basic PLC Troubleshooting, GMP, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Able to do measurement drawing, troubleshooting, overhauling and repairing
Good documentation skills, strong communications, interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills, excellent time management.
Proficient in oral and written english
