PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk is seeking a Costing & Inventory Analyst to analyze costing and inventory data and provide actionable management recommendations. You will lead project teams to deliver cost reductions and productivity improvements, manage plant cost accounting, and present monthly KPIs to Plant Managers.
The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or economics, at least 3 years' experience, and SAP ERP proficiency. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
Analyze costing and inventory data to provide management recommendations and action plans to drive cost reductions and/or improve productivity. Based upon analysis of data, lead project teams to deliver costs and/or productivity improvements.
Manage Cost Accounting in providing accurate plant cost, cost analysis, and material standard costs.
Perform including analyze & presenting the plant manufacturing monthly KPI to Plant Managers.
Perform consolidation and financial review of capital expenditure (CAPEX) proposals from the manufacturing department.
Review and analyze the comparison of Material Purchase Price for Standar Cost calculation and labor/overhead rates within the ERP system.
Calculate and analyze the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for all products for monthly closing purposes as well as for budgeting process.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or Economic
Min. have 3 years experiences in the same field
Having experience in SAP ERP is required
Ability to think strategically and effectively & execute tactically
Strong in Business acumen and problem solving
Excellent executive level influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with key business partners, and external services providers
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across a matrix organization
Knowledge and understanding of the principles of organizational learning and continuous quality improvement
Good analytical and creative thinking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English both, written and spoken
