Job summary

Bundamedik Healthcare System in Indonesia seeks a senior Business Development leader to shape and drive strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors. You will identify opportunities, expand the partner network, and oversee negotiations to meet sales targets while ensuring compliant, risk-managed collaborations.

You will manage key partner relationships, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal teams to implement contracts and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Pharmacy, Management, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields.
• Preferably has knowledge/experience in the pharmaceutical and distribution industry.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, Key Account Management, or Commercial roles.
• Minimum 2–3 years of managerial/leadership experience, with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business partnership strategies with principals, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand strategic partnership networks.
