Job summary

PT. KANVAS MITRA AKTIVA is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Leader to oversee multiple outlets in Medan. The candidate will manage a high-performing team, optimize costs, and ensure brand standards across all outlets.

The role requires 6+ years in F&B, P&L experience, and the ability to implement scalable systems. Willingness to relocate to Medan and strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 6+ years in F&B, including 3+ years managing multiple outlets.
• Proven ability to turn around underperforming teams or operations.
• P&L experience, with ability to improve margins without sacrificing quality.
• Strong systems mindset; builds scalable processes rather than relying on presence.
• Strong POS, inventory, and cost control skills; can read financial reports.
• High emotional intelligence with influencing ability.
• Comfortable representing the brand in public.
• English level at intermediate or higher.
• Willing to live and work in Medan.
• Premium or multi-brand F&B experience is a plus.

- You build systems instead of relying on being present all the time

- Strong skills in POS, inventory, food and labour cost control, and financial reports

- High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence people

- Comfortable representing a brand in public

- English at intermediate level or higher

- Willing to live and work in Medan

- Premium or multi-brand F&B experience is a plus.
