Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in F&B/retail/franchise ops, strong communication and negotiation skills, English proficiency, and willingness to travel outside Java. Onsite at the Gading Serpong head office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B, retail, or franchise operations.
• Proven experience managing franchise operations, preferably for brands operating in shopping malls.
• Experience in handling and maintaining relationships with franchise partners.
• Strong understanding of F&B/retail outlet operations and mall-based business operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Willing to conduct regular outlet visits and travel to locations outside Java when required.
• Willing to work onsite at our Head Office in Gading Serpong.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with POS, reporting, or operational systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day franchise outlet operations, especially mall locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
• Ensure outlets comply with SOPs, brand standards, and service standards.
• Conduct outlet visits and operational audits to identify issues and improvements.
• Monitor franchisee performance and provide guidance and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR teams.
• Support opening and setup of new franchise outlets with partners and mall management.
• Monitor opening prep including manpower, equipment, inventory, and branding.
• Prepare reports on franchise performance and issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve outlet performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Handle escalations from franchise partners and coordinate solutions.

Job description

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of franchise outlets, particularly those located in shopping malls.

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and ensure smooth day-to-day communication.

Ensure franchise outlets comply with company SOP, brand standards, operational guidelines, and service standards.

Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits to identify issues and improvement opportunities.

Monitor franchisee performance and provide operational guidance, solutions, and follow-up actions when needed.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to support franchise outlet operations.

Support the opening and setup of new franchise outlets, including coordination with franchise partners and mall management.

Monitor outlet opening preparation, including manpower, equipment, inventory, branding, and operational readiness.

Prepare regular reports and updates regarding franchise outlet performance and operational issues.

Identify opportunities to improve outlet performance, efficiency, and customer experience.

Handle operational issues or escalations from franchise partners and coordinate appropriate solutions.
