Qualifications

Job description

Develop and execute the company's business strategies and operational plans.

Lead daily business operations to achieve company objectives.

Monitor business performance and ensure operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

2. Strategic Planning

Develop short-term and long-term business strategies.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and industry developments.

Recommend business improvements and new growth initiatives.

Ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

3. Sales & Business Development

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.

Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Support negotiations and major business agreements.

Prepare and manage annual budgets and operating expenses.

Monitor financial performance and profitability.

Ensure efficient use of company resources.

Work closely with the finance team on financial planning and reporting.

Lead, motivate, and develop department managers and employees.

Set performance objectives and monitor team performance.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.

Support employee development through coaching and training.

6. Operational Management

Establish and improve company policies, procedures, and workflows.

Monitor project implementation and operational quality.

Resolve operational challenges and improve efficiency.

7. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Maintain high standards of corporate governance and business ethics.

Safeguard company assets and confidential information.

8. Reporting

Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance reports.

Present operational updates and strategic recommendations to senior management or the Board of Directors.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement plans.

9. Other Duties

Perform other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.

Represent the company in business meetings, industry events, and external engagements when required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in business development and team management.

Strong financial and analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Mandarin language skills will be an advantage.
