Job summary

You will assist with financial data entry, payments, invoicing, and bank reconciliations while supporting payroll, tax payments, and reporting. Strong communication and a proactive mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent in English or Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Willing to learn across multiple departments (Finance/Marketing/Sales/Warehouse).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, detail oriented, organized, and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recording financial transactions and data entry in ERP.
• Process payments, invoices, and operating expenses.
• Monitor customer payments and supplier transactions.
• Support monthly bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Assist payroll, tax payments, and related admin tasks.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and monitoring performance.
• Organize sales data, product information, and marketing materials.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
• Check incoming/outgoing goods and documentation.
• Support Director and other departments with daily tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recording financial transactions and entering data into the company's ERP system
• Assist with processing payments, invoices, and company operational expenses
• Help monitor customer payments and supplier transactions
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliation and financial reporting to Head Quarter
• Support payroll, tax payments, and other finance related administrative tasks
• Assist the team in preparing sales reports and monitoring sales performance
• Help to organize sales data, product information, and marketing materials
• Assist with monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Help check incoming and outgoing goods and ensure proper documentation
• Assist the Director and other departments with daily operational tasks

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field
