Qualifications

• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Maintain manicured lawns, thriving tropical plants, and serene garden pathways.
• Collaborate with Engineering and other departments to reflect warmth and authenticity across the property.
• Operate garden equipment and monitor pest and disease management in tropical environments.

You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our outdoor spaces to the exceptional standards that define the Dijiwa experience. Your work will contribute directly to the memorable moments our guests cherish, whether it's the manicured lawns, thriving tropical plants, or serene garden pathways that invite exploration and reflection. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Engineering team and other departments to ensure every corner of our property reflects the warmth and authenticity that sets Dijiwa apart. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their craft, understands the importance of attention to detail, and shares our commitment to creating sanctuary for the soul. The ideal candidate will be passionate about horticulture, possess a keen eye for aesthetics, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where guest satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.

Qualifications
