As a Bell Boy, you are the warm ambassador of our sanctuary, greeting visitors with genuine Indonesian hospitality and ensuring their journey from arrival to departure is seamless and memorable. Your attentive service sets the tone for the entire guest experience, embodying our ethos of creating a sanctuary for the soul.

In this role, you will welcome guests upon arrival with a graceful salam and assist with luggage handling, ensuring every item is transported with care and placed precisely where requested. You will escort guests to their accommodations, sharing insights about our property's unique features and the rich cultural heritage of the Tanah Lot region. Coordinating with our transportation team, you will arrange airport transfers and coordinate guest movements throughout the property with effortless efficiency.

Success in this role means becoming a trusted resource who anticipates guest needs before they arise, remembers preferences from previous visits, and transforms routine interactions into moments of genuine connection. You will maintain the pristine condition of our lobby entrance and bell desk area, ensuring the entrance to our sanctuary always reflects the luxury guests expect from Dijiwa.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess strong verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian. Previous hospitality experience preferred. Valid driver's license is advantageous. Required to complete Dijiwa's signature hospitality training program upon hiring.
