Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Category Management, Account Management, E-commerce, or Digital Products preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Active playing one of the popular mobile game titles (e.g., Mobile Legends or Free Fire) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and performance of the Gaming category through data-driven initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with game publishers, distributors, and business partners.
• Execute commercial campaigns, promotions, and pricing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gaming industry developments.
• Analyze category performance and provide actionable business insights.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute business initiatives.
• Assist in onboarding new gaming partners and expanding product assortment.
• Prepare regular business reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
