You will identify new clients, conduct meetings and negotiations, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored service solutions. Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for engaging with local and international partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Sales, Partnership, Account Management, or related role.
• Fluent Mandarin with professional/business environment communication.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven ability to identify prospects, present solutions, negotiate, and build business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities and potential clients.
• Conduct prospecting, client meetings, presentations, business discussions, and negotiations.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and other commercial materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business expansion.
• Support management in developing and maintaining strategic business relationships.
• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
