Job summary

IDN is hiring a Business Development Manager to identify and manage new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners to drive growth. The role combines strategic thinking, sales, and market insights to expand IDN's market presence and hit revenue targets.

You will lead negotiations, tailor solutions with internal teams, and monitor market trends to uncover growth opportunities for IDN’s lifestyle media portfolio including Popmama, Popbela, and Yummy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in a media company handling clients in Private Sector and Media Agency, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven track record in identifying leads, developing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned industries and market segments.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and close deals that align with company objectives and deliver mutual value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver accurate business development reports, forecasts, and market insights.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Ensure client satisfaction and account growth through effective relationship management and support.
• Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive overall revenue and market expansion.
