You will translate business needs into actionable product improvements and lead end-to-end growth initiatives, coordinating with product teams and stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Your role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive merchant acquisition, activation, engagement, and transaction volume.
• Conduct end-to-end data analysis to identify opportunities to improve merchant adoption, usage, and overall business performance.
• Identify product gaps and opportunities for product improvements and enhancements that can improve merchant experience, adoption, and transaction volume.
• Translate merchant and business needs into actionable product improvement initiatives, working closely with Product and relevant stakeholders from ideation through implementation.
• Lead end-to-end growth initiatives from opportunity identification and strategy development through execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery.
• Conduct performance analysis, user/merchant research, and competitor benchmarking to identify market opportunities and inform growth and product strategies.
