Job summary

PT Trakindo Utama seeks an experienced HR/Facilities professional to manage daily office operations, travel logistics, procurement, and upkeep of our facilities on-site. The role requires at least 5 years in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities include coordinating fleet and travel, handling procurement processes, IT service requests, governance tasks, and SHE activities to ensure a safe, efficient workplace. Based in Weda, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Any Major/ Human Resources/ Industrial Engineering/ Psychology major
• GPA minimum 2.75

Responsibilities

• Execute daily office management activities including supplies, pantry, PPE, ID cards, employee mobility, workspace readiness, and basic facility maintenance.
• Coordinate fleet operations: unit allocation, permit tracking, inspections, maintenance, repairs, and asset disposal.
• Manage travel services: ticketing, transportation (air or sea or land), hotel accommodations, business trip settlements, and ECV verification.
• Handle procurement administration: vendor data checks, sourcing support, PR/PO creation, contract processing, goods receipt, invoice handling.
• Support ICT/ IT services requests, governance compliance, GA reporting, CSR activities, and SHE practices to ensure a safe workplace.

Execute daily office management activities including office supplies, pantry, PPE, ID cards, employee mobility, workspace readiness, and hands on facility repair and maintenance to ensure timely operational support for employees. Monitor and execute flee t operations including unit allocation, permit tracking, inspections, maintenance, repairs, and asset disposal and support facility services for workshops, warehouses, mess, housing, and equipment to ensure operational readiness and Execute travel related services including ticketing, transportation (air or sea or land), hotel accommodation, business trip settlement, and ECV verification to ensure accurate documentation and smooth employee travel arrangements.(R) Execute procurement administration includi ng vendor data checks, sourcing support, bidding documentation, PR PO creation, contract p rocessing, goods receipt, invoice handling, and basic vendor evaluation and assist in identifying qualified local vendors in Execute DIT service requests including ICT devices, IDR Web, Telkom services, and service point tickets to ensure timely handling, SLA adherence, and proper escalation when needed. Update permit and legal document validity, update required records, and support compliance processes to ensure al ignment with governance and regulatory requirements. Prepare GA service reports, update OPEX related data, support CSR and community activities, and assist in resolving GA operational issues to ensure accurate reporting and continuous service improvement. Perform SHE activities in the workplace including contamination control practices in accordance with established procedures to maintain a safe, healthy, and clean working environment.
