PT Pacific Bio Industry in Indonesia seeks a seasoned General Affairs & Services Officer to supervise GA personnel, outsourced workers, daily staff, drivers and receptionists in a busy manufacturing environment.
You will coordinate GA services (transport, accommodation, canteen, pantry, water, cleanliness, hygiene, gardening), maintain assets and facilities, ensure audit readiness, and prepare periodic operational and cost reports in collaboration with HR and management.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Management, Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs, GA Services, Facility Management, or related field.
Experience as GA & Services Officer or similar position is preferred.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
Supervise GA personnel, outsourced workers, daily workers, drivers, and receptionists to ensure compliance with company procedures and job responsibilities.
Coordinate GA services including transportation, accommodation, canteen, pantry, drinking water, housekeeping, hygiene, gardening, and general facilities.
Monitor cleanliness, pest control, hygiene, and facility conditions to ensure compliance with company standards.
Manage and monitor company assets, inventory, housing, office facilities, canteen, prayer room, sports facilities, and other GA-supported facilities.
Coordinate facility maintenance and repair activities with the Maintenance Department to ensure asset reliability and service availability.
Review and verify employee service claims and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate vendor and outsourced manpower administration, including joiners, leavers, attendance, deployment, and contract compliance.
Manage and monitor administration, including work permits, visas, stay permits, mandatory reports, renewals, and immigration documentation.
Coordinate with relevant government institutions, immigration offices, vendors, and authorized agencies regarding documentation.
Maintain accurate GA, asset, service, and vendor databases and documentation for audit readiness.
Prepare periodic GA operational, budget utilization, cost-saving, and service performance reports for management review.
Identify and implement cost-efficiency and service improvement initiatives without compromising service quality and compliance.
Promote compliance with K3, HACCP, ISO 9001, SMK3, Sustainability, and other applicable company standards and certifications.
Coordinate GA activities with the HR, GA & PR Manager and other departments to ensure operational requirements are properly supported.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
