Job summary

PT Sinergia Worldwide Education is seeking an experienced General Affairs/HR/Operations professional to manage day-to-day operations in Jakarta. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of GA/HR/ops experience, and strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and English skills.

Candidates must be domiciled in Jakarta or nearby areas and demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affairs (GA), Human Resources (HR), and/or Operations Management.
