IronFX is seeking a Business Development Manager in Indonesia to drive market growth. You will develop relationships with partners, conduct market research, and leverage existing networks to generate new business.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, a self-motivated, independent mindset, and the ability to work within a fast-paced international team. Travel for partner meetings is expected.

Formación

• Proven experience in business development within the FX industry.
• Own portfolio will be considered an advantage.
• Banking and PSP experience will be considered an advantage.
• Strong BD and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Develop business relationships with prospective partners, IBs, and affiliates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for growth.
• Use existing relationships with partners to generate new business.
• Represent the company during business trips to raise brand awareness and network with partners.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets and contribute to performance goals.
