Ultima Markets is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive growth in the Indonesian CFD trading market. You will build a robust pipeline of introducing brokers, partners, and clients, tailoring offerings to local traders and ensuring compliant, customer-focused growth.

The role emphasizes partner negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and market research, with a strong focus on achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. Bahasa Indonesia fluency is required; English is a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years in sales within CFD trading.
• Experience with Indonesian market is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of forex, brokerage models, onboarding.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; good English preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build a pipeline of Introducing Brokers, partners, and clients in Indonesia.
• Negotiate commissions and rebates with IBs and partners.
• Provide updates on products, campaigns, and policies to partners.
• Liaise with Client Support, Operations, and Marketing to resolve issues and align campaigns.
• Conduct ongoing market research and share insights for planning.
