Confidential is seeking a Business Development Executive/Manager to expand its presence in Indonesia. This strategic leadership role drives growth, oversees regional operations, and leads local teams to meet ambitious objectives in the B2B CFD space.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B CFD sales or account management, strong leadership, and deep understanding of the Indonesian market, clients, and regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B CFD sales or account management experience.
• Leadership or country management background in financial services or trading.
• Strong understanding of the local market, clients, and regulators.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Own the country’s business operations, sales performance, and market expansion.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for the local market.
• Lead acquisition and management of IBs, institutional clients, and partners.
• Build and lead a high-performing local team; recruit and coach staff.
• Ensure strong local brand through partnerships, events, marketing collaborations.
• Analyze local market trends, regulatory changes, and competitors.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Support teams to tailor client experiences.
• Drive monthly and quarterly targets with high client satisfaction.
• Represent the company in the local market.
