Job summary

Avomind in Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth through partners and Introducing Brokers. You will establish presence, including regulatory footing where possible, and build lasting relationships in FX, CFD and Crypto markets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial development or partnerships in trading, with a proven ability to lead teams, meet targets, and expand regional footprint in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial development or partnerships in trading (FX/CFD).
• Proven track record of growing partner networks and revenue streams.
• Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue, trading volume, and active client targets in Indonesia.
• Develop growth strategy with IntroducinG Brokers and strategic partners.
• Lead expansion by building new partnerships and leveraging existing relationships.
• Leverage networks to increase indirect contribution through new partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes across functions for efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver a frictionless partner experience.
