We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to build a strong Indonesia-based IB/partner network, support partner needs, and coordinate with internal teams on promotions, rebates, and product updates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in CFD trading.
• Indonesia market focus is preferred.
• Solid understanding of forex products and brokerage business models.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; professional English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and diversify a pipeline of Introducing Brokers, partners, and clients for Indonesia.
• Provide hands-on partner support and negotiate commissions and rebates.
• Collaborate with Client Support, Operations, and Marketing to resolve issues.
• Conduct market research and share insights for strategy.
