Job summary

PT Jeje Harapan Transindo is seeking a Logistics Operator to manage end-to-end FCL shipments for export and import. You will coordinate with shipping lines, authorities, trucking companies, depots, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of documentation.

You will prepare and verify SI, B/L, DO, and related documents, monitor shipment status, and generate periodic operational reports using Excel or Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Logistics or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in freight forwarding or logistics, especially FCL operations.
• Understanding of export-import procedures and Incoterms.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace for data processing.
• Experience with FMS and shipping line portals.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage operational processes for FCL shipments for export and import activities.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, maritime authorities, trucking companies, container depots, warehouses, and other relevant parties.
• Schedule and monitor shipments, container availability, stuffing processes, and container movement.
• Ensure shipment processes comply with schedule, operational procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare, verify, and ensure completeness and accuracy of export-import documents (SI, B/L, DO, and supporting documents).
• Ensure shipping documents comply with customs regulations and export-import requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to handle operational issues, shipping delays, and document problems.
• Monitor shipment status and provide information updates to relevant parties.
• Manage shipment data and create periodic operational reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet.
• Operate the company's internal Freight Management System and shipping line portals

Monitor shipment status and provide information updates to relevant parties. Manage shipment data and create periodic operational reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet. Operate the company's internal system (Freight Management System) and shipping line portals to support operational activities.

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Logistics, Transportation, Maritime Transport Management, or International Business

Minimum 1 years of work experience in Freight Forwarding or logistics companies, particularly in FCL operational handling (Export and/or Import)

Understanding of export-import procedures, customs regulations, and current Incoterms

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet for data processing and report creation

Experienced in using Freight Management System (FMS) and shipping line portals

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, particularly in shipping document verification

Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
