Job summary

PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a results-driven Lender Relations Associate to identify and acquire new lenders, build long-term partnerships, and manage funding portfolios. You will actively onboard lenders, respond to inquiries, and develop funding opportunities through networking and referrals.

The role focuses on achieving individual targets while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth lender experience and strong client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major with 1–2 years of experience in banking, P2P lending, fintech, wealth management, or financial services.
• Exposure to funding, investment products, priority banking, wealth management, or relationship management.
• Strong communication, sales, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new potential lenders
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing lenders
• Manage lender portfolios and support account-related needs
• Assist with lender onboarding, inquiries, and product information
• Develop new funding opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship building
• Proactively grow fresh funding and individual lender portfolios
• Achieve assigned funding and revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth lender experience
• Maintain strong engagement with clients through regular follow-up, meetings, and relationship management
