Job summary

PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi is seeking a Funding Relationship Manager to acquire new clients and lenders for P2P funding, while assisting customer inquiries and managing accounts. The role emphasizes maintaining relationships and contributing to revenue targets within a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, with at least 3 years of P2P or banking experience, and strong skills in communication, sales, presentation, and negotiation.

Qualifications

• Experience handling funding product investments.

Relationship Manager Funding Responsibilities:

1. Funding relationship manager who will acquire new client / lender for funding in P2P (Pendanaan)

2. Assist costumer-related inquiries and needs (creating, managing, and optimizing accounts)

3. Maintain existing Customer/ lender by providing the best services

4. Work towards achieving set revenue targets and contributing to overall company growth

5. Negotiating and leading high-impact strategic partnerships/improvement

6. Responsible for maintaining a current portfolio, good relations, providing the best quality services and adequate product information to customers.

Requirements:

1. Min. Education Bachelor's Degree in any major from a reputable University

2. Have a minimum of 3 years of experiences from Peer-to-peer and or Banking Industry

3. Have good skills in communication, selling, and presentation

4. Have negotiation techniques and marketing strategies to increase sales

5. Have extensive relationships or networking especially with HNWI

6. Have an experience in handling funding product investment
