About the Role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager Funding to accelerate our lender acquisition and manage lender/investor relationships. In this role, you will connect capital providers with high-impact, productive financing opportunities (Supply Chain Financing) across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new potential lenders
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing lenders
• Manage lender portfolios and support account-related needs
• Assist with onboarding, inquiries, and product information
• Develop new funding opportunities through networking and relationship building
• Achieve individual funding and revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth lender experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Banking, Priority Banking, Wealth Management or Fintech Funding.
• Strong pipeline or existing network of potential lenders/investors.
• Top-tier negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Nett Salary Package (Rp 6.000.000 - 10.000.000)
