Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an educator to join MT Akademia as a teaching and coaching partner. You will deliver USBN/UTBK prep, create engaging lessons, and model best teaching practices in classroom settings.

You will also collaborate with the Academic Team to develop materials, conduct CBC sessions, and support student pathways while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships for smooth class operations.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam prep.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to provide pathways for academic goals and maintain strong student-parents engagement for renewals.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students with academic issues and solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, delivering high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning.
