Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an educator to provide coaching and training under the Academic Team, including acting as a buddy to MT Akademia and delivering high-quality classroom instruction.

You will develop teaching materials, conduct CBC sessions, and collaborate with regional teams to drive student outcomes, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and applying blended learning approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia and enhance teaching skills under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students/parents with Student Advisors to outline pathways and maintain engagement for renewals.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and collaborate with regional teams to share best practices and support educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings delivering high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill minimum required sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation.

• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
