Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking dedicated educators to coach MT Akademia, conduct student consultations, and lead Homework Clinics under the Academic Team. You will collaborate with the Student Advisor(s) and BAC staff to ensure engaging, high-quality instruction and active student-parents engagement.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Education, strong communication, and the ability to create innovative teaching methods and blended learning approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities
