Ruangguru seeks qualified educators to coach and train students, mentor MT Akademia peers, and collaborate with the Academic Team to improve teaching effectiveness. You will also support students and parents with pathway guidance and run Homework Clinics to resolve academic issues.

The role involves CBC sessions, in-class teaching, and building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth class operations and high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsabilités

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) to provide pathways for students to achieve academic goals and maintain good student-parents engagement.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning.
