Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an educator to deliver coaching and training sessions, including serving as a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under the Academic Team. You will conduct consulting with Student Advisors to map pathways for students and maintain strong student-parents engagement to ensure renewals.

You will also run Homework Clinics and participate in CBC sessions to share best practices with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities
