Ruangguru in Bogor is seeking dedicated educators to join MT Akademia as coaches and classroom instructors. You will deliver high-quality teaching, mentor MT Akademia teams, and collaborate with Academic and regional teams to share best practices.

You will conduct coaching sessions, conduct CBC and classroom teaching, and develop materials to support curriculum implementation for students preparing USBN/UTBK and university entrance exams.

Formación

• Experience teaching USBN/UTBK or university entrance exam prep.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coaching and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
• Conduct consulting with students/parents to guide academic pathways.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address student issues.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional teams.
• Teach students directly in classrooms with high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill minimum sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
