Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking qualified educators to support USBN, UTBK and university entrance exam preparation with strong curriculum development and blended learning approaches. The role includes coaching, student consultations, and classroom teaching under the Academic Team’s guidance.

You will participate in CBC sessions, collaborate with regional teams, and create materials to enhance curriculum implementation and student engagement within a dynamic learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam prep.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and blended learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions under the Academic Team guidance.

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning, as needed by.
