Job summary

Ruangguru in Indonesia is seeking educators to provide coaching and training sessions, act as a buddy for MT Akademia, and strengthen teaching effectiveness under the Academic Team. This role will support implementation of the curriculum and model best practices for student learning.

Responsibilities include consulting with students and parents, running Homework Clinics, participating in CBC sessions, and delivering high-quality classroom instruction.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to set a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation.
