Zusammenfassung

Ruangguru is seeking educators to provide coaching and training for MT Akademia, under the Academic Team, and to conduct student/parent consultations to map pathways and boost engagement.

Responsibilities include teaching in classrooms, conducting CBC sessions, creating teaching materials, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Experience with USBN/UTBK prep is desired, with a bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.

Aufgaben

• Provide coaching and training sessions, becoming a buddy for MT Akademia under the Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to outline pathways and maintain engagement.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Teach students in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill minimum session targets including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation and student learning, as needed.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.

Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.

Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.

Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.

Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.

Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
