Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking dedicated educators to provide coaching and training sessions, mentorship for MT Akademia under the Academic Team, and classroom teaching to inspire high-quality learning. You will lead Homework Clinics, conduct CBC sessions with regional teams, and develop teaching materials to support the curriculum while building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions under the Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to outline pathways and renewals.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to help students address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions with the regional team to share best practices.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation.

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.


• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.


• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.


• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.


• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.


• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
