Job summary

PT Alam Hijau Selaras seeks a skilled Warehouse Lead to oversee receiving, storage, packing and shipping in accordance with SOPs. You will operate the WMS to ensure real-time stock accuracy and drive cost-efficient logistics.

The ideal candidate holds a minimum S1 in Industrial Engineering or Logistics/SCM, with at least 5 years in warehouse/logistics, strong leadership, and cross-department coordination. Proficiency in SAP/Oracle and safety certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree (Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management/SCM or related).
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse management or logistics.
• Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Safety certification or license preferred (e.g., Forklift SIO).
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Control, FIFO/LIFO, SOPs and 5S/5R.

About you

Minimum S1 degree (S1 Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management/SCM, or related field preferred)

Minimum 5 years of work experience in warehouse management/logistics

Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ERP systems (such as SAP/Oracle)

Safety certification or operational license preferred (such as active Forklift SIO as added value for supervision)

Deep understanding of Inventory Control, FIFO/LIFO methodology, Warehouse SOP, Supply Chain Management, and 5S/5R compliance audit

Strong leadership capability, problem-solving skills, and effective communication for cross-departmental coordination
