Job summary

Shopee Medan warehouse is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to enforce Safety and 5S, monitor daily operations, and optimize staffing for throughput. You will oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control, ensure WMS accuracy, and promptly address operational bottlenecks with cross-functional teams.

The role requires MS Office and Google Workspace proficiency, 1 year in logistics, and strong leadership to guide both small and large teams in rotating shifts within the Medan city area.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: Senior High School, SMA/SMK, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related logistics role or fulfillment industry.
• Familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong experience in operating and managing workflows within a digital Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Willing to work in rotating shifts and placed according to company needs within the assigned city.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage both small and large operational teams.
