Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area.
• Or 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Admin or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis.
• Oversees Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard and Guest Services/Front Desk to ensure efficient check-in/check-out.
• Directs and collaborates with managers to maximize department financial performance.
• Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees.
• Manages day-to-day operations and strives to improve service performance.
• Handles guest feedback and resolves issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
